Custom React Frontend
Bypassed heavy Liquid theme templates by building a headless React checkout extension that handles dynamic tiered wholesale pricing natively without page reloads.
Database & ERP Refactoring
Engineered a private GraphQL middleware in Node.js to bi-directionally sync 50,000+ SKU inventory levels between NetSuite ERP and Shopify in real-time (< 200ms).
Performance Remediation
Stripped 12 subscription apps, introduced critical inline CSS, WebP image pipelines, and edge caching for sub-1-second LCP rendering.
